The mission of the Tulsa Area Partnership (TAP) is to encourage growth and diversification in the economy of the Northeast Oklahoma Region by promoting the development of existing businesses and encouraging the relocation of complementary new businesses to the Region.

It is Northeastern Oklahoma, where you'll find 20 counties working together to make your business expansion or location successful and profitable. TAP into our resources and you will find a quality labor force of 1.3 million people, available buildings and sites, a strong transportation network (including barge!), competitive state and local incentives and many other attributes in the region.
